Refunds, Returns & Shipping

Because of the nature of our products unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

If your goods are damaged or faulty upon arrival we offer 100% refund or replacement on the damaged goods. You must email sales@ecorituals.co.nz including your order number and photos of your damaged goods. This must be done within 2 days of receiving your goods. Thereafter Eco Rituals is not liable for any damages to your items.

If you wish to cancel or change your order it must be done prior to the order being shipped. Once the order has been collected by our courier unfortunately cancelation is no longer possible.
